Welp, March 14th is coming up... Doesn't mean much... Except that it's steak and bj day. A holiday that I could really get behind.

Um... Can't think of what else to say.

I actually have the funds to buy a Canon EOS 300D "digital rebel"... But It's still a lot of money (thought not as much as it was) for a camera... And I'd really have to put some effort in so I can learn all about fstop, ISO, shutter speed, and all that jazz. I'm sure I could pick all that up in due time, but if anyone knows me... I have this bad habit of not sticking to things.

Oh well.

Had to catch the bus into town today, bus in the morning was empty which was nice for a change. But god damn the bus on the way back... Packed like an egg carton. Thank god for my iPod.

While waiting for the bus back, I watched a pigeon cross the road... Odd that the natural walking style of a pigeon would make me smile, but it was just amusing to me at that time, I guess.

Bit of a gathering here this Saturday, nothing much though. Oh well... At least I'll get drunk again.

Umm, my neck is sore. No idea what that's about.

Been looking into getting a new video card for my computer... ATI Radeon 9800 Pro... But I find nothing but craptastic prices for it everywhere.

Was to be going camping this weekend, but the place that where going holds little interest for me so I don't think I'll actually go.

I woke up early today to mow the lawns, clean the pool and anything else that needed doing before it got too hot. Well, I did all those things... Then just wanted to relax and have a beer.

Well... There's no beer in the house, and with nothing on TV I decided to put in a movie. But I just couldn't get into it, and found myself wandering off aimlessly without bothering to pause the movie. Really wasn't interested in just sitting.

So now I find myself waiting and watching the clock until it's dinner time so I can take a walk over to get some take away for dinner. Possibly pick up some sort of alcohol, and just get drunk tonight.

Nothing else to do.

Y'know, I'm quite sick of all the "weight loss" shows that have started up this year on television. Especially this new one that's about to start about "celebrities" that are now fat/pudgy. I honestly don't care about the weight of anyone else, why are you showing me their progress on TV?

And god damn channel 9 for starting back Cold Case tonight, at the same time channel 7 is starting to show Desperate Housewives.

I'll probably end up downloading Desperate Housewives, but still... Goddamn them for trying to force me to choose.

Yeah, clearly a lot going on in my life as I'm ranting about TV.

Meaning nothing to anyone but me... This site is now running Drupal 4.5.2. The only bug fix that really affects this site is the comment numbers are now displayed properly. So, I guess that does let everyone see that there are a some comments posted here by others - see, this site isn't totally self serving!

I need some chocolate and/or Skittles. Certainly have to purchase one or the other tomorrow.

For some reason, my right eye lid hurts when I blink.

Really need to get some form of navigation on this site... And also start uploading photos again.

Okay, so... Taylor was back for 4 weeks over Christmas, and flew back down to Melbourne (on Sunday) and back to the Navy life for him. Hopefully he remembers to check this site whenever he gets time to go online. He also has a new email address, as Gmail isn't allowed to be used on the computers there, I'll get it out to everyone when I'm sure it works.

Today I ordered two DVDs from dvdorchard. Hadn't bought any in awhile, and I figured it's time to contribute instead of downloading dvd-rip's all the time.

Eurotrip [uncut]: It seems like a fair bit of footage was "cut" from this movie. But since it eventually came out under a label that's owned by Disney, it's understandable. Many fun nights were had watching a really bad screener copy of this movie. The most memorable is watching it out at Starfish Ridge with a bunch of friends.

Lost In Space: Just felt like adding a fun movie to my collection, and this was recently put on my list... Now it's off the list.

Oh yeah, I should really get this site working in IE.

I remember when mum was working cleaning houses, and dad was sleeping most of the day due to working night shift. I was basically home alone during school holidays, and it was fun. This was when I was a youngin'. I'm fairly sure that anyone who is young, and home alone, found it rather fun. Some nights, mum go would out and dad would be off to work, and I really would be home alone for a few hours. But as this went on for years, being home alone wasn't as exciting or fun as it used to be.

Now, I sit here in this empty house, this new years weekend. A mate also had nothing to do over New Years and dropped around for much drinking, but the rest of my friends have gone to do their own family thing. Here I sit, glad that it's a warm day today as that means there's more of a chance of my sister's family dropping around for a swim, and having someone other people here for a few hours.

Got Bittorrent working... When I get decent torrent files that don't require stupid bloody passwords from stupid bloody Spanish sites.

Like the new site? I do... Just don't look at it in IE on Windows... Still got some problems with that. Stupid Microsoft and their lack of obeying standards.

Maybe I'll even get the photo gallery back online this week, sort through some of the photos and put only the best up.
