Dear Sir/Madam Director,

I’m writing to you as advised by the RailCorp Transit Officers on the CityRail network, who issued me with a Penalty Notice for alleged “Offensive Behaviour on Railway Land”.

I was informed by one of the officers that I could write to “The Director, Infringement Processing Bureau” (he even quoted the address) explaining the surrounding circumstances. I was told providing there are no prior offences, it would likely be withdrawn. After receipt of the penalty notice, I am suspicious of the accuracy of this information.

On the 2nd December 2006, myself, Rob , and two friends: beth and her Hobbit (further details available upon request) were attending a Music Festival within the city’s Domain.

Previously, thanks to grants purchasing habbits... whwnever i felt like snacking i'd have a carrot or 2.. because thats about all you'd want to eat from my fridge...

A few weeks ago, the carrots ran out... so i started to look for alternate sources of quick feed me feed me goodness....

What did i come up with? lots of stuff, im crafty.. once that ran out i started to microwave meat pies... during this breif era i also had a block of cadbury chocolate in the fridge... I dont usually buy chocolate, but i was shopping with "poor old nan" as they call her, and there was a 2 for $5 deal, so she gave me one...
