So, apparently you Aussies like to brew your beer a little differently than us. Please share with me the steps you all take to brew your beer.

Except #9. Mine is in a glass carboy and then will be moved to the bottling bucket after fermentation is done - 3-7 days.

This is a get ready post, 'cause I think I've almost got the energy to sit down and write stuff about my trip to the mother land. But... Not right now...

Though it is a shame I didn’t write this earlier, cause the memory was a lot clearer then. But... Hell... I reckon I can still bang out a story or two.

Maybe I’ll set the scene:

So I guess its time for kick off... Never really had this kind of...of choice/freedom... I have no idea where to go or what to do... for the last 5.5 years, I've been in a relationship, and not had to worry about going out to woo the ladies or partyin with people... Truth is, gman's friend base (already quite small) has just been slashed in half... Got no idea where to go for the fun times, or how to woo the ladies... would be nice if I had a phone full of usable numbers, but most are pointless to a social scene...
