Blakes unfortunate absence...

Blakes not online tonight....

I've seen him all weekend... but oddly feel the need to discuss current events with him via MSN... 3 times now in the last hour I've opened up msn with the intent to send him a message... but he's not there... truly a rare occurance.. (no offence man... your my rock)

Due to TPG (his service provider) removing an unprofitable plan from their line up, his account was suspended... Apparently TPG have been emailing people since Jan-06 informing them that the plan wil be removed. Many have been forced off their plan.. (1500/256k 25-gig for 59? or 49? cant remember) They've finally got to him...

heres more info on TPG fucking their customers over... Nooo! TPG just e-mailed me... :(

That's fucked up man...I been the same as you, wondering all day where he's been and just to have a chat, even though I spent basically as much time with hime the last few days as you... I thought that he'd "migrated" to another, more expensive, plan already... I'm sure thats what he told me on friday... Hopefully he wont be gone for too long :?

Its much easier to hang out at your place...there is plenty of space, plenty to do, beds available, and no parents to have their annoying moments... "clean the kitchen...put that away...etc et etc..." plus it seems that you're kinda central for everyone... well, everyone who counts...

The reason I'm offline is because TPG feel it's good customer support to treat their customers as crap and make their account inactive simply because of a direct debit rejection. Oh, as well as the $20 dishonour fee for doing so.

They've attempted to debit my account again on the 7th, but it takes 3 to 5 working days to process. So, in the mean time, offline for me.

TPG == Guilty until proven innocent.

I missed a payment once because i had a new credit card and forgot to update the expiry... they just sent me a reminder to update it.. and service continued...

Credit card payment is almost instant though, direct debit takes a few days for it to process.
