I checked the gravity of the brew today - 1010.

That's after 6 days with a few of those days above the proper temperature which would of stopped the yeast from working. I'll check it again tomorrow and then on Tuesday just to make sure the yeast has properly eaten all it came. So I should be bottling sometime this week.

And once it's bottled and the equipment cleaned out, I'll get straight into making batch 09. Gotta stock up for summer.
