I did the first check with the hydrometer to see if it had finished fermenting today. It was 1011, or 1.011. If it's the same tomorrow I'll be bottling it.

I left this one longer (6th day, today) before checking because I never actually saw the filter bubble so I wasn't sure if it had done it's thing or there was a problem. But I guess since it's at 1.011 there's no problem.

As soon as batch 05 is bottled, batch 06 will be started - that will be another Canadian Blonde.

Also the ginger beer (batch 04) was ready to drink this weekend. And it's pretty bloody good, if I do say so myself.
