new batch time

The last bottle of Pale Ale was drunk last night... That will definitely be a brew I'll mix up again. While weaker on the alcohol, it had a great taste. I think batch 06 or 07 will be another Pale Ale.
Batch 04 was a ginger beer... 29 bottles (750mL) of the stuff. Unfortunately it won't be drinkable until the 27th of January as it basically ferments in the bottle.
Also, in an effort to keep my stocks up, I've already bought the ingredients for batch 05, which will be a Coopers Draught. Yet another Coopers brew I've not seen available to buy - but I'm yet to brew one I don't like so I'm sure I'll be happy with the end result.
Good work man, props for

How'd you set that one up, with another kit? Did you add any fresh ginger? Does it still use yeast to ferment? Keen to hear about that one, ginger beer (even non-alcoholic) is the shit, with alcohol and you've got it made.

Goes in the same fermenter as any other beer, except it doesn't really ferment in the jug... It ferments more in the bottles. It sits in the jug for only 3 hours, then you bottle it and leave it for 3 weeks.
You can make the same one as an alcoholic beer by simply adding sugar in the beginning.
