Batch 2 And The Like

I haven't mentioned my homebrew in awhile and I thought I better before someone starts to think I've forgotten about it like so many other things that I've started over the years.
Batch 2 was "ready" on Friday. Though having tried Batch 1 the day it was ready, I'm going to leave Batch 2 alone to think about what it did for another week or two.
Batch 1 has been in the bottle for about 4 weeks now, and I've tried two bottles of it. And I can say that a week does make a real difference to the flavour. Two weeks ago when I tried it, there was a strong distinction between the initial sweetness and the following bitter aftertaste. A week later, that difference wasn't so black and white. The two sort-of blended together.
At the moment I have no plans to start on batch 3. Mostly because I don't yet have the bottles to do so, and also no where to store the two batches I have now.

Well, i'll be well keen to hear the final results. At this stage how long to you plan to leave the 2nd batch to develop?
